Main Research Activities

My doctoral program involves the development of high-performance sodium all-solid-state batteries (Na-ASSBs) operating from room temperature to elevated temperatures, with a focus on validating the anode-free concept. As part of my work, I synthesize NaSICON-based solid electrolytes and fabricate battery cells through tape casting, followed by either co-sintering or spark plasma sintering. I also study and develop Na-based polyanionic cathode materials, such as NVPF. The resulting full cells are used to study charge–discharge mechanisms across temperatures via operando X-ray diffraction in transmission mode. My work aims to contribute to the realization of efficient and scalable sodium-based energy storage systems for future applications.
