Descriptif des activités de recherche

I’m currently focusing on developing a series of innovative physical models to simulate the electrochemical behaviour of redox flow batteries by, which includes the anolytes and the catholytes based on organic molecules. The novelty of this modelling is the model scale (mesoscopic) and the computational approaches (kinetic Monte Carlo, continuum, etc.). By analysing the output of the model, the performance of the redox couple tested can be estimated for further researches.
This model will be a part of European SONAR project, which intend to develop a framework for the simulation-based screening of electroactive materials for aqueous and non-aqueous organic redox flow batteries.
